PSA - Driving with your arm out the window
When driving with your arm resting on the open window on a warm sunny day for an extended period of time: don't forget the sunscreen.
Otherwise you may end up with a burnt left arm and a pasty right arm

2012 Reading Challenge
Haha, luckily (or not) I had already burnt myself pretty badly earlier this year and I was wearing a t-shirt at the time. So that left me with white shoulders and not-so-pasty arms. Then yesterday I was wearing a shirt with cap sleeves so now I have not-so-pasty arms (one darker than the other), a white right shoulder, and a bright pink left shoulder. I look like Neapolitan ice cream.

LOL, I'm not laughing at you, I promise
My mom used to sit in her mini-van with the AC running and watch my riding lessons in the outdoor arena...she had the window down (yes, with the AC running) and her left arm was waaay darker than her right, ha!
::snickers::
I've done this, too. Don't feel bad! My first car didn't have A/C, so I always had to have my window down.
Loving the description of the random different colors
I actually think there are statistics about people being more likely to have skin cancer on their left arms/hands b/c of this.
And I think you can get sun damage thru the window as the UV coating only does so much.
I got a bizarro forehead burn once b/c I was stuck in traffic at lunch with my sunroof open.
