Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Self-evaluations
I hate doing these. Anyone else have to do them for work? I thought I got out of it this year (received my raise while on maternity leave) but just found out I need to complete it before our office retreat next week. Sigh. Can't I just say I'm awesome, I don't have any goals other than to keep doing my job well and keep getting paid, though another raise would be nice.

I hate them. I feel like your supervisor is going to say whatever they want in your eval anyway, and that's what counts, so what's the point of telling them what I think?
