Ended up in ER yesterday.......
Well at 3am this morning. Started on Friday with what I thought was a tooth ache. Relieved with tylenol. Sat am woke up with the same thing but on a different side of my mouth?! It was like sharp shooting pain with pressure in my ear and a headache. Relieved pretty much with Tylenol. Sunday same thing, opposite side again, at times my whole face felt like it was gonna blow. Unrelieved with Tylenol. Settled down some with chewing on food and/or hot/cold relief but would start back up. Went to lay down last night and thought I was gonna die with the pain and pressure. It moved back to the L side at about 1130 last night. No help with tylenol.
My DH finally convinced me to head to the ER (Never google things like this). Dr basically gave me a $200 bandaide (Co-pay)......looked inside my mouth, ears, nose, etc and gave me a vicodin (After I basically questioned him up one side and down the other whether safe for pregnancy) and sent me home. All my pain is essentially gone today (Cross my fingers). He has no idea and told me to f/u with my primary MD. I'm gonna make a call to my dentist to just FYI and see what they say.
I'm scared it will be back and will have to take another vicodin in which I dont want to but could not take the pain I was crying so much with it.
So...fingers crossed thats its gone whatever the heck it was?!?!?
I started Vit B6 and the sea bands yesterday too and woke up with no morning sickness and actually feel alive today for the first time since Thursday!
