I have to say I agree with this at least under the AE. Now if it is truly an active or semi active member of our board maybe on the true identity without knowing it.

Since I think it is probably a regular who wasn't ready to out herself, I hope that whoever it is will feel comfortable enough to talk to one of us if she needs to.

I hope not, actually. Not because of the confession, but because I really like 'knowing' who I'm talking to and I feel like I know you guys all really well.
Also, if the person was ready to 'out' herself she would have done it under her own name. Maybe it's marital problems or maybe it was a one time mistake that she has no interest in repeating and just wanted to get the confession of her chest!
