Hi! I love your blog (creeper? perhaps lol), and I have a question about the spelt hamburger bun recipe you use. I've never made homemade bread, so I have no experience in this department. What type of oil do you use? I have olive oil, but I don't know if that would mess with the flavor at all.

I used coconut oil this last time but have used extra light virgin olive oil before and it's always turned out fine. Both oils don't really affect the flavor since there's so much other stuff you're using to mask the flavor.
And sorry I have to post and run too, time to make dinner!
