Upcoming 5Ks with good crowd support?
can you think of any around September? im going to look into the Balt running fest, but the half is nowhere near being in the cards for me. i loved themotivation I got from the cheering from the supporters, so I might do the 5K this yr. But that's not until October. Can you think of anything a little earlier?

I don't know any but am interested in responses. Once the kids get back to school, I am going to restart my C25K program. I did the St Patrick run and it was fun. I want to do a turkey trot and jingle run.
You can go on runwashington.com and it will show you all the races. You can check out the race website and see which ones are bigger.
The Run to Remember is Sept. 11. There is also one that Nick Markakis puts on that I keep wanting to run. I think that is in August. I want to say it is the Right Side 5k
The Right Side Foundation Annual 5K was August last year, but I've been stalking their website for months now and there has been no mention of when one will be this year :-( So sad because my co-worker and I really can't find any races that work for our schedule for August. We have 3+ in September and 0 in August.
OP: I expect the Run to Remember on Sept. 11 to have a big crowd, and you get an under armour t-shirt for that race if your one of the first 2,000 to register!
