parks with shelters?
Can you list off a couple of toddler friendly parks with a shelter area that's easy to find?

I'm not sure what side of town you are looking for but Grandview Park has an open air shelter right next to a playground. It also has a wading pool right by it too.
We had a hard-time finding it the first time as well.
According to this blog it's on the corner of SW 19th and SW College.
