Re: Good morning!
I got roped into hanging out at my parents house all day waiting for someone to come fix their hot water heater. Afterwards I really need to go grocery shopping. My fridge is barren!

Well, I should do the dishes and laundry. But it's 12:21 and so far that hasn't happened.
I arranged for large trash pick up tomorrow, haul away all the crap that we're not moving/need to get rid of. I'm basically going through all of my cupboards and sorting out what things to donate, what to toss. And tossing old stuff out of the fridge and freezer that's no longer usable.
I'm also wishing I was my husband, because then I could have cancelled our Internet and Phone. But I'm not him, and I didn't have a bill in front of me to tell exactly what service packages we have, so boo. Oh, and I'm trying to figure out how to dig up a massive bush of sage in our backyard but I can't do much since I'm enormous now. I think that will be hired out, too.
All in all, today I'm tired and lazy and I don't have time to be either of those things!
I started an initiative to get more sleep and I gave up my daily coffee a week and a half ago, so I feel like a million bucks.
My beef bundle was delivered a few days ago and my raw dairy and CSA veggies have started rolling in. I'm incredibly happy about all this and I'm pretty sure it's the highlight of my month.
Good morning! I really need to work today but my boss is out so I have a feeling I'll spend a bit too much time researching details of my upcoming trip. :-p
Pork chops (or chicken breasts, but pork is normally cheaper if you don't have either in the freezer), browned, then add:
Packet of taco seasoning
Little can of diced green chilis
Rinsed and drained can of black beans
A jar of salsa, whatever kind you like, then let it simmer for a bit.
I cover it with cilantro, and Joe likes a sprinkle of taco cheese on his.
You could eat it on tacos, with rice or tortilla chips.

Work, and then gym this afternoon.
J is still TDY for another week, and I have completely torn apart our basement and other parts of the house that I've been reorganizing. I'm getting back into crunch time, so I need to start putting everything back together so that I have time to surface clean everything before he comes back too.
Good morning!
I just got home from the gym. DS is napping and I'm about to shower. Then I have to put together our new TV stand, bake brownies for H's flight for tomorrow, call the trash company to tell them they broke one of our cans, call the moving company to find out what time they're coming tomorrow, and finish prepping for them. I can't wait to finally have our stuff back!
Morning!
I've been out of town the past four days, hanging out with my family - getting back into the swing of work. I've still got some catching up to do, but it wasn't as bad as I was anticipating. I really, REALLY need to go grocery shopping - I haven't really been home the past two weeks, and my cupboards/refrigerator show it. I'll probably go during my lunch break. Besides that, I'll try not to melt into the asphalt when I step outside.
