ummm...remember me?
i kind of fell off the face of the Earth! Just wanted to say "hey!" I hope to start checking in on here. I may not post much, but I love reading about all of your lives! Also, I'm on Words with Friends (I suck). I play a lot when I'm nursing Joel. My name is ashleac321 on WWF!
As most of you know I had my baby boy May 22nd, 2011! Our lives have changed drastically since then. Still trying to adjust, but I am loving every single moment of motherhood. At times I feel so close to my husband when I watch him interact with Joel or help me with him. Other times, I get frustrated because his lack of a maternal gene. I just wish he instinctively knew what to do with Joel, but I have to remind myself that I'm with him all day. He does try though, so I am thankful for that and he has a checklist now of things to look for with Joel, so he's better about tending to him on his own. Anyone else feel that way?
Anyways, would love to hear how things are going for all you ladies! Keep me updated!

Thanks, Rachel! Good to know that you're still giving Rodgers lists 18 months later. Today Murad did take care of Joel most of the day so that I could rest. He even got me some cheesecake. I think it was because we thought I had Mastitis though. LOL. Luckily, I don't have it!
