It's air conditioning day!!! Wooo! The guys should be there now getting things started. I have no idea how long it will take. The poor cats are cooped up together in our bedroom. This should be interesting.
Not many plans tonight, groceries, maybe grouting. Mostly just enjoying our new HVAC set up!

Morning ladies.
I think I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. My mother is driving me batty. Seriously, call me at work to tell me that you are picking up milk for the boys, and to make sure I call for oil. Then to top it off since she is hard of hearing, I am trying not to scream into the phone while I am in cubicle land to explain things to her. Ugh, that just ruined my day. She has hearing aides, but of course when talking on the phone she just can't hear. Sorry I had to get that off my chest.
Well today is crazy busy for me, then I am hoping to get time to write all the boys thank you cards from their party.

Morning, ladies! Nothing much going on over here--tonight's supposed to be a gym night, so the H and I are going to try very hard to motivate each other to go. Last night was very low key--Josh made a great tuna steak and sauteed mushroom dinner, and then it was just time to relax.

Work, work, work. It doesn't always seem worth it to work 10x harder to be able to have a couple of days off. At least we're finally getting some afternoon rain showers, so I'm happy about that.

Hello ladies. I just landed back in London after my weekend in Seattle. I had a great time there and the wedding was beautiful. The bride was gorgeous and I am so happy for her. And the weather couldn't have been better, with a bright sunny day. It was a nice change for me after all the clouds and rain here the past few weeks. I also had a chance to do some shopping yesterday, and I'm a little embarrassed by the amount of money I spent in a few short hours! Oh well, I just remind myself that it would have been twice as much if I had bought it here.
Anyways, I'm just working at home for the next few hours. I'm hoping the jetlag won't be too bad and I can get to back to my normal schedule quickly.

Today I am going to be going out and buying some curtains. We really need new ones that will keep the sun out. We live on the top floor of an air-conditionless apartment building. So anything that can keep the sun out is much appreciated and these 1970 somewhat sheer curtains aren't doing it for me anymore. (not that they ever were.)
B is going in to talk to a school counselor to hopefully get some answers. It looks like we may have jumped the gun on thinking he could be done in Dec. He may have to take a second semester this year, which is somewhat disappointing.

We stayed up too late last night visiting with Jim's brother and our niece & nephews, so I was an hour late to work this morning. On the plus side, the boss is out today and tomorrow, so I should be able to get some things done without being constantly interrupted.

Since I missed work yesterday I am playing catch up this morning. I hope to be caught up by the time I leave this afternoon. Tonight should be a nice night. DH is off work so he is cooking supper, and I got up early this morning and cleaned the house.
Morning ladies! I just got home from tutoring, and am planning on spending the rest of the day cleaning the house and hopefully relaxing. We leave for the shore Friday morning, and I can't wait to get to the beach.
We were supposed to have a softball game last night, but it got rained out. Hope you all have a good day!
