Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I'm thinking this might be supper. I have a cousin coming to spend the evening with us as he drives through the state. I do not want to bake anything. I've never made it, so other than giving the chicken a beer enema/stand, what sort of "rub"/spices do you coat him in? And how long does it normally take to cook? what grill heat do you use? Thanks!

We do exactly as LittleBug - I used a BBQ rub from Penzey's. I also read that you can add some of the rub/spice to the beer and it helps to distribute the flavor while cooking.
We just did this for the first time a couple weeks ago and I was very impressed at how good the chicken was!
