What kind of Dr. should I see?

About 6 weeks ago I started getting a pain in the top of my foot.  I couldn't pin point a specific injury- just figured I "tweeked" something while working out.  It didn't hurt all the time- mostly at night when I was laying in bed and when I would walk after sitting awhile.  When it didn't get better on its own after a couple weeks I made an appointment with a primary care dr.

He took xrays (nothing broken) and diagnosed as a strained tendon.  His Rx was rest and ice.  4 weeks later its still not any better.

So do I go back to the same dr?  Foot dr?  orthopedic dr?  give it more time? WWTND?
