Counseling through Military One Source
Does anyone have any experience with individual counseling through Military One Source? I'm dealing with reoccurring family issues and I think it would be good to talk to a professional about them. Thanks

I didn't use individual, but FI and I used his before we got engaged (pre-marital counselingish). They told me that because I was part of the issue (obvs) I could go too!
Our counselor was pretty awesome, and it was VERY easy to get it set up. Just a quick call and we saw her a few days later. I would tell anyone to do it.
It's 1-800-342-9647, but also right on the website.
Nevermind, no local number. Looked at the wrong contact in my phone.
