*Almost* as much as E does. But he's got this painful lump happening, so here we are. It started Saturday and he finally got worried enough (and annoyed enough by my badgering) to let me get him to the ER. Didn't know Monday night was so popular. It's been a couple hours, we had a doc for about 30 seconds, and now an ultrasound. And we're both starving.

Grrr. I hate hospitals too, especially for the waiting!
Do you have immediate care centers in NJ? I know some people are against them, but they seem to be a better alternative to the ER?

NJ really really friggin sucks when it comes to Urgent Care Centers. I only know the location of two of them. One is in Cape May which is 90 miles from me and the other is in Marlton which is 45 minutes from me.
When I lived in NC, everyone went to Urgent Care rather than to an ER, and my current health insurance has such a lower co-pay for Urgent Care vs. ER, and yet here in NJ they're few and far between.
Really sucks.
Larissa, it's like a mini-ER for non life threatening emergencies (broken bones, allergic reactions, dog bites, kidney stones, cysts, stitches)....things like that. Much more time and cost efficient than a traditional ER.

Ugh! Hope he gets to a specialist. Doesn't sound like something that he can just let go and see what happens...
But, Ryan is the same way about doctors. Sigh.

Oh yea, that doesn't sound like fun. He should do a follow up with a non-ER doctor for that then. Poor guy!
