More on the Taconic Crash
Wow. Daniel Schuler is suing the parents of the three deceased girls in the wrong way Taconic crash last year, citing that they are "vicariously liable" b/c they owned the minivan. He is also suing the State for poor highway construction and signage. He denies the reports that his wife was drunk and high.
Nauseating. A real class act, huh?

He is a pig. I have other horrible things to say but I will hold back.
There was a reason this woman drank and smoked up because she was married to this man.
Calling it now: Husband suing the dentist who let her walk out of the office a few years back with the tooth problem that led to the accident.
THe SIL Jay is the only family member that stands up for Diane and the husband. Yet she made the comment about how Daniel wanted NO kids but had them for Diane and then is left alone with a son. Who says that?!

chances are good that he is suing because his son is left with expensive medical bills that need to be paid. and with many accident cases, you file at the last day because you need a history and trail of how debilitating the accident is to your life.
his wife's life insurance payout wasn't huge, and a good chunk of that was stolen by an attorney who is under investigation.
But her son shouldn't suffer and not get treatment he needs just b/c his mother f'd up.
