Pennsylvania Car Seat HELP!!!!
I have a quick question for anyone out there that might be able to help. I know for a FACT that my newphew (who is 3) is NOT in a car seat or even a booster seat when his mother has him. There has even been pictures posted on facebook. Who do you call to get help/information or even turn her in?
Re: Pennsylvania Car Seat HELP!!!!
I don't know the PA laws... is it technically illegal?
(I am NO WAY NO HOW disputing the safety concern. But I legit don't know the PA law, and don't want to see anyone get entangled in something if it's not a matter of the law.)
Yes. That would be illegal in all 50 states.
Here's the listing for laws concerning state by state rules for carseats/boosters. Your nephew needs to be in a restraint. In PA its 7 yo and younger.
If it was me- I'd call her state and local police- give her name and any info about her car you can (tag info would be awesome to have to give!)- even offer to forward in email photographic proof, and also call CPS.
