I totally forgot about my favorite store Costco! They have an amazing return policy.
Ann Taylor at Town and Country has great serivce
Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware Town and Country have great service too (I never buy anything but paint at RH, but they are always so nice and helpful)
Sherwin Williams on Memorial and Kirkwood is also great.. and patient.. and helpful.

After a horrible experience at the location on I-10 near Silber, we no longer eat there. They were horrible... and the lady hung up on me because I wanted a pizza pepperoni 1/2 with olives 1/2 without. She told me they "can't" do that... I guess Dominos hires smarter cooks.
They kicked out a member of my bible study class for asking how long his order was going to take. And I bet it was the same batshit crazy woman.
It was a woman and she was CRAZY. I don't think a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza is a strange request.... Dh called back and she told him that he "doesn't understand their business" and that "crazy orders cause confusion"...
zappos.com - their customer service has made me very loyal
not too many others come to mind right now
Amazon, Nordstroms, Intimacy in the Galleria, Costco and Kohls (another great return policy place)
I will not go to Best Buy or Walmart because of horrible customer service.
American Girl, for their doll stuff. Nordstrom in Houston for the overall great shopping experience. Disney World for the fantastic vacation we had not long ago. I love our HEB in Indian Springs for my regular grocery shopping. Hubbell & Hudson Bistro, Fleming's and Tommy Bahama stand out as restaurants where I've had consistently good service here in The Woodlands.
Chick fil A, Costco, Lane Bryant, Cazadores and Disney World for excellent service.
My BIL is one of the top guys for LB and I will pass this on to him...he will be pleased to know this! Can you tell me what specific store here in Houston that you visit?
One of my good friends is the store manager there. She will be pleased to hear that.
We used to eat at Cavatore on Ella a lot. The food was good, but not great. What made it great was the fact that they knew our names and treated us SO well.
Gianna's in Tomball has really good customer service, too.
For me surprisingly enough, is Walgreens. (on Kuykendahl/Louetta area) I actually feel like they aren't looking at me like a coupon nazi and their pharmacy is always friendly and accomodating in a pinch!
Another would be my dr's office (IKP Family Medicine) - just this week I needed a report that I thought I had already requested and they sent it to me within 30 mins of a dr's appt with a specialist.
Escalantes at woodway/voss - very friendly, quick and not all up in your face trying to turn the table.
Smoothie Factory at the Bellaire triangle area OHHH and Smoothie King on Memorial right before Shepherd.
We just ate there Tuesday night for my birthday! I love that place!
