Hmm, I have two:
Mexican Casserole
1lb gr beef, 1 1/2 c crushed tortilla chips, 1c salsa, 1/2 can chili beans drained, 8oz sour cream, 1 med tomato diced, 4 oz can of black olives drained, 1 c shredded cheddar cheese.
Spread crushed chips in bottom of square baking dish. Combine cooked ground beef, salsa and chili beans. Spread over chips. Spread sour cream over meat mixture. Sprinkle tomatoes, black olives then cheese. Bake uncovered @350 for 30 min or until bubbly.
One Dish Nacho Bake
1lb gr beef, 1/2 can diced tomatoes undrained, 1 envelope taco seasoning, 1/2 c sour cream, 3 c tortilla chips, 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese.
Cook and drain ground beef. Add tomatoes, 1/4 c of water and taco seasoning. Cook, uncovered 10 min. Stir in 1/2 c of sour cream. In a 13x9 pan, place 1/2 of chips, then 1/2 of meat mixture and 1/2 of cheese. Repeat layers. Bake @350 for 10 min.
