s/o pb&j post... Egg Yolks
After the awesome pb&j debate, I'm curious about eggs! I think drippy egg yolks are vomit inducing, but some people go nuts over them. I really only like eggs when scrambled, fried yolks are still kind of ick (like an egg mcmuffin).[Poll]

Re: s/o pb&j post... Egg Yolks
I'm a big fan of over easy eggs - gooey runny yolk and all. I'm not very good at making them, though, so it's always a treat when my dad makes breakfast during visits.
Next on the list, I like scrambled, but they need to be fluffy. I hate when it's just like a flat omelette with no fillings and people call them scrambled eggs.
Sometimes I do omelettes.
When I lived a summer in France, the family I was with liked to make soft boiled eggs. So the white was cooked but the yellow was still runny. They put them in a little egg holder, cut the top off, and then ate it with a spoon.

This exactly. I always order just egg whites, but if I'm eating the whole egg, I'm only eating in scrambled with no runniness whatsoever.

How is it that my BABY is going to be 3?

That is the best part! I always get mad when I have good bread to scoop all the goodness up with and they're completely cooked inside. I love all parts of the egg. However, other than the protein you can get from the whites, all of the vitamins & health benefits are in the yolk. Plus...they're just freakin delicious!
This board has got some picky eaters, apparently. I like eggs any way they're cooked. I mean, I'm not going to sit down and eat a plate of runny eggs, but that's what toast is for, yo.
My grandmother would always make poached eggs on salt rising bread when I was growing up on. This is my favorite and love going to visit and having her make breakfast. I do not like hard yolk at all unless they are scrambled.
Orsay has the best croque madam. The runny egg on top with gruyere baguette is so good!
I love eggs, so anyway is fine with me. I voted runny.
Madisen- That sounds good.
