Car accident? I haven't had an accidents with other people. Just 3 single car accidents, only 1 of which was my fault -
1. I hit a median in a stupid parking garage in philly. Had to get insurance involved for this.
2. DH backed my car into another car, minor damage, we just fixed it paying out of pocket since it was just the wheel guard that was scraped.
3. Some ***hole hit my car when he was pulling out of a parking spot (with the front of his car) and scraped up my bumper. It was a hit and run so of course I couldn't find them. I just paid out of pocket to get it fixed. This still pisses me off because it happened within a year of owning my car and it happened the day before christmas!

Car accident? A couple.
-- I hit a parked car as I was pulling into a parking spot one time. Totally my fault. I felt so bad!
-- The other one I got rear-ended by a huge truck. It barely crunched the trunk lid, but the guy admitted right off the bat that he didn't have insurance. We called a friend (who is a state trooper) and he told us since the other guy said that, don't believe anything else he says. Brad decided to be a d!ck and make the guy pay out of pocket for the repairs at the dealer. It ended up costing him almost $1400 to fix my car. But technically since the damage was over $500, we should have filed a police report. That would have cost the guy a lot more in the end!

Can you drive a stick shift? I know the mechanics of it and have done it before, but I am definitely not comfortable with it, which sucks because DH's car is a stick.
What color is your car? Mine is silver and DH's is yellow. He also has a fixer-uper in our garage that is an orangish-red.

Dream car/truck? I'm boring, I just want another brand new Honda CR-V.
Car accident? I haven't had an accident (that was my fault since I was 17) and that one was when I was getting off work after midnight and backed into another employee's big truck (my fender is still dented, but there was no damage to the truck). I was rear-ended a couple of years ago right after my car got out of the shop from having the door fixed after one of my sister's neighbors backed into it while it was parked on the street.

Dream car/truck? Mazda 3 5 door. I already know that unless something catastrophic happens, I'll be inheriting my dream car - 1979 Pontiac Trans Am.

What color is your car? A light blue with silver hints, it's so pretty.
Do you prefer leather or cloth interior? I think leather...this is the first car I've had with leather interior and although it sucks when my thighs get stuck to it in the heat I love how easy it is to clean, I never have to worry about spilling something on it bc everything comes right off.
Favorite car manufacturer (Ford, Toyota, etc): My first car was a Ford, the second was a Honda, and now I'm back to Ford...so I suppose Ford? Although I trust Honda's the most.
Dream car/truck? I don't really have one...my current car, Ford Escape, is pretty much the kind of car I've always wanted plus it's pretty tricked out with automatic everything, leather interior, 6 disc cd changer, etc.
Car accident? Just one in May of 2010 and that's when I totaled my Honda Civic. It was raining and I was going like 65mph and the car in front of me cut me off, so I went to hit my breaks (which were crap) and totally slide into the guardrail on my right side. I hit it so hard that it bounced me back into traffic, across all 3 lanes on a major highway, and I slammed into a big 4 door pick up truck. My drivers side door flew open right when I hit the truck, it was crazy. I also didn't have my seatbelt on which was stupid but I was only 3 miles from home and just didn't bother (I always wear my seat belt now though!). Luckily no one got hurt other than being really sore and a few bruises on my back and shoulder and my insurance covered everything. I am really pretty lucky to be alive and so thankful that the cars coming towards me on the highway were far enough back that they were able to stop bc if one of them would have hit me as I flew across all lanes of traffic, I'm pretty sure that would have been the end of me. Oh yeah, and the guy that cut me off never even stopped.

Car accident? A couple, someone rear ended me and totaled my first car. And I hit the back of a truck once....did no damage to his truck, so thankfully the guy didn't even take my insurance info. Of course my front hood was pushed up, but no major damage. *knoooockonwood*

Favorite car manufacturer (Ford, Toyota, etc) I don't know. I've driven a few Mazdas in my younger years, and I currently own a Chevy Impala that I really like. Felix has a Ford F150.
Dream car/truck? I don't think I have a dream car or truck anymore. It would be cool to have a helicopter, though (which would definitely be in my dreams).
Car accident? Four, but the last one was in August of 1999. Thankfully, in all of them I was the only person in my car. The worst one was Aug. 8, 1995, when a woman ran a red light and hit me on my side of the car. My car spun and hit another car (driven by an off-duty police officer, actually) and spun a little more. I ended up being medi-flighted to the hospital, where I spent a week in ICU (during which I had surgery to put a rod in my left calf and 2 screws in my left ankle) and another week in the orthopaedic unit working with a physical therapist and doing horrid breathing treatments. I had about 4 or 5 months of recovery at home, though. I'm thankful to be alive and walking with no mental trauma, because the police first thought I was dead when they arrived at the scene. I don't remember the accident at all.
