What kind of brown rice do you make at home?
I use short grain rice and it is very much like Pei Wei's rice.

I am not a foodie guru like you two, so I haven't, but I'm going to bookmark this so I can come back to it when I reintroduce carbs in my diet. YUM.

Thank you, melrrr!! I have never been able to make good brown rice, regardless of the grain size. I'm going to try this out.
