We have people buying a house because it has ghosts.
We have a gorgeous house from 1800 something for sale right now. These people went to look at it and liked it because they can feel spirits. They went back again and decided to go there for 3-4 hours today so they can do some further "tests" and make sure the spirits are still there.
Apparently if they are there they'll be putting in a contract on the house.
Oh, also we have another house for sale and this client hears God. As in God speaks directly to him. Well he told us the first people that saw his house were going to buy it for $117,000. After his first showing he called to tell me they liked it and an offer was coming. I freaked b/c I thought the agent had called to give him this feedback. I said if the offer comes in at $117 I'm going to church on Sunday. Turns out there is no offer - God just told him it was coming. That was 3 weeks ago - they are not making an offer. Guess he heard God wrong. One of our agents, who is very religious said it could be the devil because if you can hear one you can hear the other. Yeah....would have been cool if we actually got the offer though!
