Hey,
Obviously your more or a "pro" at this pregnancy thing than I am, but I see below your on Zofran. I"m sure you have tried everything but my OB said alot of people do not know about Vit B6 for m/s. I started 50mg of Vit B6 every night before bedtime and then I put on seaband bracelets 1/2 hr before I get out of bed and I have had no m/s all week.
Like I said.....you being a pro probably already tried, but just in case you haven't and want to try something other than zofran....I found a concoction that works for me...thank goodness!!!
Re: **KMS**
Thanks for thinking of me
I'm on B6 and it helps some but I still get those intense waves of nausea a few times a week. It seriously comes out of nowhere and sends me running for the bathroom. I'm only taking Zofran about every 3rd day so it's not much at all. I'd just like to be off it 100%! I'm not a fan of the crazy constipation that goes with it!
My doctor originally told me to take B6 with Unisom at night. It worked but one night I forgot to take it and I couldn't sleep. That made me nervous to keep taking the Unisom in case I was becoming dependent on it to sleep. I quit after that but still take the B6.
Overall, my nausea this time around compared to Evan is waaaaaay better! I was on Zofran multiple times a day, every day with him. I'm currently on a prenatal mineral supplement per my chiropractor. I swear that is doing wonders! I'm not nearly as tired either.
I'm so glad you found a routine that works! It sounds like last week was pretty rough for you
love is for every her, love is for every him, love is for everyone
