AW/PIP: Paintings
Here is my one post for the day...
Recently I decided to make art by re-purposing old art. The original paintings were $2 for the set at Salvation Army. Behold:
I used acrylic paint and a varnish when I was finished.
The orange one is for my dining room and the pink one is for my living room (or craft room?).
Part of me feels bad that I kind of ripped off someone else's painting, even though they were unsigned and probably came from a JCP catalog 10 years ago.
Oh well. I love them and can't wait to hang them!

I was talking with a friend about how I would love them so much more if they were a different color. She said, "well, why don't you make them a different color?"
It was super easy, and lots of fun!
