I just read your post in the pg. momma post.
I wanted to share.. I had terrible hip pain with vivi, but yoga really helped. Stretching really helped with the pain. I'm sure you could find some pg yoga videos on youtube. Also sitting on a birth ball helps. Sorry that the uncomfortable stage has begun. I will get worse before it gets better, once she 'drops' you'll feel like a whole new person. Hang in there!

sit on it while you're watching Tv, crafting, on the computer or even instead of the dining room chair. I had BAD issues with Bug's pregnancy and this was the ONLY thing that helped relieve the pain/discomfort.
Oh, and when Bug started walking... it was PRICELESS as a toy!
