Meeting with a realtor today but
when I met him yesterday for 5 mins, I didn't have a good 1st impression. I showed up there and it was past 5pm so the guy was alone in the office and doing the receptionist. I hope I have a better feeling when I talk to him in a more formal meeting. Since he is the 1st contact I had, I would have to go with him. My only problem with this situation is that he works for Century 21 and they did sell a few houses in my neighborhood.

Back in the USA...for now...
when we were looking at houses with our realtor, we went up to a vacant house and there was a car in the driveway but the key was in the lockbox so we were like, hmmmmmmmmmm but went in and called out really loud saying we were there. We wandered around the house for a while and went up to the second floor.
Two people were totally going at it in the master bathroom and never heard us come in
It was so uncomfortable.
Turns out it was the real estate agent trying to sell the house and some other real estate agent (we didn't find that out until way later though)!!! HAHAHA.
Do you mean he was working at the reception desk? Because if he was having sex with the receptionist I would maybe find someone new :P

OMG lol lol lol I didn't realize what I wrote. No, it was past 5pm, so everyone was gone and he was sitting at the receptionist's desk. lol
Ok, after my meeting with him, I feel better. I have a good feeling now. But I am meeting with 2 other realtors tomorrow. STBXH is coming this weekend to clean up some of his sh!t and fixing up some stuff so hopefully, we'll get this business started sooner rather than later.
haha it never even crossed my mind that "doing the receptionist" could mean "acting as the receptionist." That makes a little more sense ;-)
