I already called them. The guy in customer service said he has to put an "order" in and will have someone call me back tomorrow. Someone had better call me back if they know WTF is good for them!!! gggrrrrr!!!
Needless to say, our central air is now off and the windows are open!!!
You turned it off? So do you think your central air is running that much electricity. I seriously doubt that!! What temp do you keep it at? I hate when they make serious mistakes like that.

Yea, I turned it off, but that sh!t was right back on last night! lol
I definitely think it was the AC...apparently it's not running efficiently enough, because it seems like it's running constantly. We don't keep it lower than 75, so I don't know what the deal is...it's now set at 78 and staying there. Of course Con Ed never called me back today...but, they will be hearing from me tomorrow!
