Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Not sure how close to a Target you are but they just seriously marked down a ton of their exercise apparel. I stocked up today on running shorts and dry-fit tanks! They were going to for $6-9 a pop! 

How are you doing on the exercising? How will you continue when the school year starts?

(Sorry if I'm being nosy...I started going to the gym right when school got out and I'm starting to get concerned with how going back to school will cut in to that work out time.)

  • Thanks. Target isn't super close, but I might be out that way tomorrow.

    I've been doing well with exercise by going to my Zumba classes. I'm signed up 4 times a week in August and we are starting the 30DS challenge Monday. When school starts I do great with scheduled classes..the other days are tough. I'm going to try and go back to the gym because I pay and never go...we'll see.

  • I think I'll probably have to do the scheduled classes after school when it starts. I'm doing pretty well with the gym and healthy eating thing. I usually go to the gym 4-5 days per week and do either a class or just run on the elliptical and/or treadmill. I've done a spinning class, Zumba, and Body Pump a few times. I do enjoy them. I weighed my heaviest exactly a year ago. I'm down 24 pounds from then. I can't wait till I can feel comfortable in my skin again.
