So let's have a Thankful Thursday
I am thankful for my wonderful daycare provider. She has been a lifesaver to us this summer! Plus, she will play with playdough all day, can get DD to drink milk and generally loves DD like she is family.

Re: So let's have a Thankful Thursday
I'm thankful that DH is back from travel and our schedules are all back to normal.
I am thankful that we have NOTHING going on this weekend, after 5-6 weeks of non-stop stuff (funeral, wedding, traveltraveltravel).
I'm also thankful that as of today, we are credit card debt-free! Sure, there are still student loans, car payments, and the mortgage, but this feels really good.

I am thankful that DH can stay home with LO this summer. And I am also thankful that my job is flexible enough that some days, he can bring LO by to say hi to Mommy at work, and I can breastfeed him.
I was just thinking the other day that even though I don't really have time for my hobby (sewing), that I am so glad that I have something that I like to do that is productive, creative and fun.
awesome!
i'll be thankful when this weekend with my ILs is over. i guess i'm thankful i haven't had to have a weekend like this since 2009.
i am thankful in advance for the bourbon i will undoubtedly be drinking this weekend.
I'm so glad DH called in sick yesterday so he could spend some time with me and we could go to the pool when I got out of work, and then to a nice dinner. Except that my BIL showed up and wouldn't leave so I had to go to the pool by myself and cancel our reservations I was really looking forward to!
/snark.
But seriously, i'm sooooooooooooooooooooo fvcking happy to be coming out of the closet. Literally. My office has been in a storage closet for 14 months, and we finally got a temp occupancy permit and we can move into our new offices!!!!!!!!!!!!
We make the rockin' world go 'round.
i'm thankful my older sister, BIL and nephew (22) are coming to DC this weekend. I somehow pissed her off in early 2010 (yes a year ago) and she never told me exactly what it was that I had (allegedly) done so I couldn't apologize and its been so awkward that even my sister who lives in CA, 3000 miles away, has noticed it. So yay for letting bygones be bygones. And I hope the weather cooperates so that we're not housebound all weekend and I somehow piss her off again.
and I'm thanksful that my boss is recognizing my accomplishments and contributions - nice to be noticed (for the good stuff).
And -- that tomorrow is is my 6 year anniversary!
"What is a week-end?"
Stand up for something you believe in.
I'm thankful for the nice vacation my family and I went on last week.
I'm also thankful for zumba class tonight, because I have not worked out in 2 weeks, and would probably not have the motivation to work out by myself. Gotta get back into the routine.
Finally, I'm thankful for the cute cat DH and I pet sat for part of this week. Not only does it mean a little extra money, but it brought joy to my day. I can't wait until we can get one of our own!

I'm thankful that all the hardwork painting the house is paying off.
I'm also thankful that this week of hell, painting, packing, and packing some more is almost over.
I'm thankful my BIL that I love and his GF are coming down on Saturday to help us move. I love hanging out with them!
And I'm thankful for my birthday on Saturday!
