Will this outfit be appropriate for an interview? It is at a construction company, working in headquarters. I would wear a black belt with buckle and obviously cami underneath.
I've been told by interviewers that I take myself too seriously when I wear my black two-piece pant suit. I don't feel as confident in it either. Corporate culture tends to be more laid back.

I don't mind that it's two colors, but I really don't like the short sleeves. 3/4 sleeves I could get behind, but short sleeves to an interview seems strange to me.
I agree with Dr.Loretta on experimenting with other colors. I just bought a sort of grey/blue suit from Calvin Klein that I felt like a million bucks in during my last interview and I got the job!
I agree that I don't mind two colors. I had a job interview this week and had to throw something together (grey, tweet maternity skirt with my regular black suit jacket) so I ended up wearing two colors instead my typical black jacket/black pants outfit. I think it turned out nice.
I would also agree that at least 3/4 length sleeves would be more appropriate.
