Ryan is working Saturday and Sunday mornings, ugh! (Which also means I don't get to sleep in at all
. He usually gets up with her one weekend morning for me.) I might take Carly shopping Saturday morning if she's agreeable, lol. Other than that just trying to get things done around the house, grocery shopping, etc. Ryan's dad is coming over Sunday afternoon.
I wish that Ryan wasn't working and that we had someone to watch Carly for a few hours so that we could have a date night... haven't had one yet since she's been born. Sigh. Oh well.
It's just me and JJ this weekend. I'm kinda glad, because this entire month has involved lots of weekend trips home - I'm ready to stay put for a couple of days.
Tonight will be our "date night" - I'll take him to Chick-fil-A, then we'll probably go for a drive around town [especially by the airport, his favorite place...he loves airplanes] since it's too freaking hot to walk. I hope I can stay up past 9pm so I can actually get some stuff done.
We'll run errands tomorrow morning and spend most of the day inside, since the high is slated for 105. I might take him by the pool tomorrow morning instead of running errands, but I left his life jacket at my parents' house, so maybe not. Sunday will be more of the same - errands and quiet time at home.
I wish I was laying poolside at our favorite resort in Orlando - this is the first summer in like, five years that I haven't taken a real vacation, and I'm a little cranky about it. Ah well.
I have a stupid baby shower tomorrow for my cousin's girlfriend. He left his wife (whom I adored and was my bridesmaid) for this girl and got her pregnant lickety split. My mom and I are going and using Piper as an excuse to leave early.
I'd rather be at the beach with my bestfriend, family and of course...Miss Piper & Doodle.
Today I'm working and wish I wasn't. Tonight is my bday dinner at my sis and BIL's place.
Tomorrow is my "birthday party," and a bunch of us are going to th Intrepid.
Sunday, I was supposed to be taking a date day with Eric, but now I have two briefs to write, so I think we may move that to next Sunday. I obviously wish my plans were intact.

Today, I'm cleaning the house this morning. DH is coming home around 2 pm to watch Margot while I go to have a hot stone massage at 3 pm. I am soooooo excited! Especially, since Margot thought it was a good idea to play from 3:30 - 5 am instead of sleep!
Tomorrow, errands and enjoy DH and family time - he leaves early Sunday for 2 weeks
Sunday, probably just relax with Margot and do some stuff around the house. I'm hosting a baby shower the beginning of September, so I have some things I need to make.
I wish it wasn't so hot out, so we could do something outside with the baby!
Today is crazy busy at work. Has been all week.
Tomorrow we are getting up and driving about 4 hours to meet ILs who are vacationing in SC. We will be coming back on Sunday.
After the week I've had, I really wish I could stay home all weekend with my guys. I've had very little Will time this week.
Tonight, we'll cook dinner in (I think). I want MH to make me a french martini.
Tomorrow I am taking a Pure Barre class in the morning- I CANNOT WAIT. After I will likely be at home w/ baby and let H go out for a bit. Then we were thinking of going to dinner all of us.
Sunday morning, maybe take a dance class at my gym in the morning- we'll see how sore I am from Barre. But likely I won't go because I will be gone from 12-5ish with my mom and sister. We're going to a family friends fiance's bridal shower. I kind of wish I could bring Ava, since these friends have not met her yet, but it's not about her... :-)
ETA: Wish? Well taking the barre class and/or dance class has me happy. But wish the 3 of were going to the beach instead. I need to get a cabana before we bring her in the sun for more than 30 minutes..
Today I'm working (until about 10 minutes after my boss leaves). Tonight we're going out on a friend's boat to listen to Super Diamond (Neil Diamond cover band). There are a lot of outdoor concerts on the water here during the summer, which is cool because we can go out on a boat and see them for free. And it's fun -- we bring food, goof around, chat, whatever. It's not as much about the music as it is about the company.
Tomorrow morning, I have a long run (9 miles). I have friends that are meeting for 4.25 miles at 7:30am, so what I'm thinking of doing is getting up earlier, doing a few miles, doing the 4.25 with them, then fininishing the last few miles I need. It's supposed to be humid tomorrow, so the early start may work to my benefit. After that, I will eat like I've never seen food, hopefully take a little nap, and then go to work at 4pm.
Sunday morning we are meeting friends for breakfast, followed by an early showing of Harry Potter! I'm really excited about this. No set plans after that.
the only thing I wish was that I didn't have to work Saturday night. Otherwise, I'll keep it all.
Tonight will be my first evening home with Nate all week! Rodgers is working until 11 as usual. We're just going to take it easy. Maybe turn Sesame Street on Netflix and play in the floor.
Tomorrow is grocery shopping. I do need to do some cleaning - but I'm not too ambitious about that. Sunday is normal.
I wish I were going somewhere with nicer weather, where we could have all the windows open. And probably a beach nearby...
Tonight I'm going to the fair again w/the IL's to see donkey races and DH's band play.
Tomorrow we're cleaning and doing laundry, then my parents come!
Sunday my parents want to go to the fair, so we might do that. It's a really small fair so it's kind of funny that I'll be going at least twice.
I wish I would just have my baby this weekend!
