Sorry...I've been out doing too much stuff this week and have forgotten to post! I've also not been making the best food choices out and about --- um...lunch yesterday was a Fiber One bar and Ice Cream. DSS is here for a week (yay!!), so I have to work at the kid friendly healthy options...and I may or may not have let him pick out Jolly Rancher flavored popsicles at Wal Mart.
B: Visalus shake with ligh chocolate soy milk and mixed berries
L: Lunch out at a kid friendly place. I think I'll do a half sandwich and soup if that is available.
Baked chicken nuggets, zucchini "fries" if we eat in.
S: Low fat Raspberry Chip frozen yogurt (going back to same ice cream place as yesterday)...
E: Going to the pool, playing with the kids. My friend has awful m/s so I'm sure I'll be the one playing with the 3 and 10 yr olds and she can sit with Ella.
buuuuuuuuuutttt.....weather looks like it may rain on our parade

S: not sure if this counts as a snack, but twin dropped off a bottle of her grownup koolaid so H and I are toasting the end of the summer semester with that after dinner.

L: Vi Shake w/ OJ
S: peanut butter cookie, maybe pretzels with tomato and basil hommus
E: possibly a walk/jog tonight, depending on what time we get back home (I have a meeting that starts at 6:30 and is an hour away from home)
B: String cheese and piece of wheat bread
S1: Protein bar after workout and a banana
L: Sandwich (whole wheat sandwich thins with turkey, reduced fat cheese, spicy brown mustard, spinach and tomato) and a banana
S2: Fruit... maybe a nectarine
S3: I often dont get the third snack in but I will try for another piece of fruit....
