What's everyone up to this weekend?
Re: Friday!!!
Today: Half day at work, now just hanging out at home. I have a new disc of "Big Love" from Netflix so may try and watch that. Other than that, just doing some chores and stuff around the house. Nothing too exciting.
Tomorrow/Sunday: I think we're heading to camp this weekend, possibly with a few friends. I think it's supposed to be a nice weekend.
Driving up to Maine after work this afternoon-- I have my Maine shower tomorrow and I'm excited for that. Sunday, we'll hang out a bit before heading over to ILs camp and probably spending the night in Auburn. I'll hang out at camp a bit before driving back to MA on Monday (taking a day off!).
Tonight: After work heading to go school shopping with my good friend and her daughter. And also some baby shopping(my favorite!) as she is due in 3 weeks with another little girl.
No other plans then that this weekend! I am very ok with a relaxing weekend.
Enjoy your weekend ladies!
Thank goodness!! I'm so tired of working
Tonight we are taking MIL to dinner. DCP is on vacation which means that Nana got to play with T all this past week. She wants to go to the Red Barn. Hopefully it's good.
Tomorrow I'm headed into the office for some OT. Then trying to convince DH that we need chinese for dinner.
Sunday is sleepy time! hehe....I'm actually probably headed over to a birthday party for a 1 year old. Probably wont stay for long since I wont know anyone at all.
Everyone I know LOVES it. I actually don't like it very much, but I am sure I am the only one in the area who feels that way!
YAY FRIDAY!!! This work week has been hectic, I'm sooo glad it's nearly over. Matt has been crazy busy too, he was at work till 11 last night.
So we may be zombies tonight but I'm hoping we'll perk up and do something fun. Tomorrow and Sunday, no real plans yet, it will depend on the weather. I want to start getting some stuff moved to the new house, but I have to clean out all my grandmother's hoarder crap that she has refused to get rid of. ::sigh:: My landlord already has people lined up to look at my apartment and I'd rather they see it neat and clean vs. in the middle of moving chaos!
Hooray for Friday! ILs in town again from yesterday until Tuesday morning, so we'll be doing grandparent stuff all weekend I guess. Hopefully that means MH and I will get to escape to have a drink or something one night. Right now FIL is taking the T with Owen to North Station to pick up SMIL, who was up in Falmouth. Here's hoping they don't get lost or otherwise in trouble trying to navigate an unfamiliar system with a 2-year-old and stroller in tow....
Today: Called to schedule my first prenatal appointments
DH has a nerd gathering tonight so it will be just Riley and I, if she ever wakes from her nap! No idea what we'll do.
Tomorrow: Working
Sunday: Working
Super exciting, I know. NH hospitals are in major crisis due to some Medicare scam that was going on for years and years and they're now firing people left and right. They cut back our support staff on the weekends from 3 to 2 AND one I was supposed to work with this weekend was fired. So it's not going to be fun.
Tonight I'm going grocery shopping AND leaving the kids and MH home!
Tomorrow MH is working so the kids and I will be home!
And Sunday we have a birthday party to go to!
I have a one year olds birthday to go to as well.....hmmmm! What is the name of your one year old??
Tonight we took Henry to the beach out in Harpswell with my mom and grandmother. And then dinner at Estes Lobster House which was yum. "Mo Shimp!" says Marcus
Marcus and I have a play date with some friends and their kiddie pool tomorrow afternoon, but otherwise no plans. Would like to just get some things done around the house, weed the garden, try not to spend money!
for some reason I just can't stay caught up with the my Nestie gals! I'm trying!
Friday I spent all most of the day cutting and arranging flowers for today's spectacular lesbian wedding. And they came out not too shabby. The centerpieces are a bit small than I would have liked, but what can you expect from FREE flowers! I'll post pictures on FB later. Honestly, I spent less than $20 on all the supplies - the gals supplied sap buckets and mason jars that they scored at Goodwill.
Today - Wedding day! Mani this morning, and then headed to the venue to set up.
Tomorrow - headed home and seeing my baby girl! I miss her! Apparently she peed on the potty last night! I'm not sure why she only does this for her MiMi. :-)
I can't stay caught up either. You'd think I'd be better with more free time on summer vacation!
Yesterday we had a low key day at home. Rented a rug cleaner and cleaned the carpets and couch. Split between excited and grossed out to see all of that dirty water that came out!
Today we are headed to my cousins wedding in Penobscot. It's at her fiance's parents house right on the water. Pretty casual, live band, etc. Should be lots of fun. Then we are spending the night in Hermon at my best friend's house. They haven't seen Eli since May so that should be really cute.
Hanging out there tomorrow then heading home!
