DD last wek was fine. This week since sunday she has been cryin g at night around the same time which is usually around 9-10pm and just cries up thru 11:30-midnight. At the beginning i thought it may be just gas but now i am thinking she maybe colicy. anyone's dc have this? was there anything that u did to help them?
Re: anyone deal w/ a colic baby?
DS didn't have colic, but he was always crying between 8 and 10 for a few weeks in the beginning. We thought it was gas initially, but it seemed like he was just fussy at that time of day no matter what. Swaddling him and holding him on his stomach helped soothe him so that he wasn't crying, although we did have to hold him constantly for several hours until he'd sleep. (If you've read or seen The Happiest Baby On The Block, the tips outlined in there really helped us.)
I totally agree!
