I read some review like that online too and was a little scared. I've found it to be very durable. I've slammed it into a few walls and dropped it several times, but have never had issues with it. It doesn't have a sprayer like the Swiffer, it's more like a spray bottle sprayer. It's made of hard plastic and feels really strong IMO.
It also comes with a one year warranty so that helped to ease my mind a little bit. I LOVE that I can mix up my own cleaning solution in it. And it's just so easy to use. I mop most rooms nightly now after sweeping. There's no excuse not to when it's that simple. I even caught DH with it one time!
I like mine too.
It is pretty solid and sturdy..or about as much as a mop can be. I use mine a ton and never had an issue.
My biggest complaint though is that it's a tad on the big side, so it doesn't always do the best in tight spots. Meh. Whatever. It's great for quick cleans.
I loved mine for the first five minutes...and then it broke!
The handle just popped clean off. No pressure was put on it or anything...it came off so easily. I am going to exchange it for another one in the hopes that I just got a faulty Reveal.
