Thank you ladies!

Thank you all so much for your T&P's for my dad this week. I was in tears reading through the posts seeing how many of you responded and offered your good thoughts and vibes.

Also thank you Haydee of updating everyone yesterday I really appreciate it.

My dad is improving everyday. We are so thankful that his injuries weren't nearly as bad as they could have been. When I received the call from my sister saying he had been run over and he was being transported by helicopter I thought I might never ever see him again. The doctors keep telling him he should buy a lotto ticket because he's so lucky. He definitely had his guardian angle looking out for him.

The doctors are hoping to have him out of ICU by this weekend and out of the hospital sometime next week. Then he'll have some follow up rehab and physical therapy for his back but they are expecting him to make a full recovery.

I came into work for a few hours this morning to get payroll and end of the month stuff done then I'm heading back to the hospital.

Thank you again for all your T&P's. I don't think I could ever put into words how much it means to me to have all of you in my life. I received more kind words and concern from you ladies then from most of my other friends, and that is something I will never forget.

I <3 all of you!

Re: Thank you ladies!

  • Bailey,

I'm so glad he's doing better and that the doctors are impressed with his recovery and what minimal (considering) injuries he has. We will continue praying for him to make a quick recovery. Please keep us posted!
