What do you use to keep your addresses?
I used to have a Palm Pilot in college, so I started keeping my addresses in it. I have since long quit using the PP, but still use the software for my addresses. It's fairly easy to export into excel for manulating purposes, etc.
My computer crashed recently, and my new computer likely won't support my dinosaur software, and I don't have Microsoft Office (Professional?) on my home laptop so I can't use Outlook.
What software do you use that you like that is user friendly, easy to categorize contacts, and possibly easy to export into excel and/or for labels, etc. ?

I keep them in my yahoo contacts because you can export to excel plus they are always accessible when I need them.
I did a Google spreadsheet. I still have my wedding list, but 90% of them are addresses I'd only use if I got married again or they have changed. It isn't worth me hanging on to.
I had another list that I lost when our desktop crashed last fall. I finally did a Google one and shared it with DH so that I could check it at any time and he could look things up/add/change if needed.
This sounds like a good route. I am afraid I will lose everything again, and this will keep everything online so I can get to it at work or at home, if needed. Do you have to have a Gmail account to do this?
