i really struggled with this today.... i am just not in the mood to cook!
we're having:
turkey, cheese, veggie wraps
manicotti
chicken strognaoff
chicken philly sandwiches
crockpot ranch porkchops
nachos
Low carb "lasagna" (an experiment)
chicken scampi with beans
pizza chicken
outback chicken
Lemon Chicken
taco salad
low carb pizza
bleu/basil stuffed chicken
Angie, I promise the lasagna is really good!! I made it for my friends and they all asked for the recipe

This week we are having:
Chicken alfredo (Angie's recipe)
Tacos
Leftover root beer pulled pork
Salisbury Steak
Crockpot rotisserie chicken
Stir fry
Grilled steaks
L.T. I made the spinach lasagna. Katen ate half the pan herself!! lol!
Now, I'm going to use the pizza crust recipe to make lc "noodles" in the middle. We'll see how that works out. DH wasn't crazy about the spinach. Too healthy I guess.
I liked it.
I also want to try a spinach alfredo one.
