I'm working on a meal plan for the week and nothing sounds great.
Re: WFD this week
Sunday- Asian Avocado Turkey Sliders w/ sweet potato fries and salad. (the sliders are a variation of the Asian Turkey Sliders from a Publix magazine).
Monday- grilled chicken breast with penne pasta and sundried tomato sauce. I'll probably make steamed broccoli as a side.
Tuesday- buttermilk fried chicken http://iwasborntocook.blogspot.com/2011/01/january-diet.html
with buttermilk biscuits (I need to use up some buttermilk), mashed potatoes and a veggie.
Wed & Thurs will be the Chiptle rubbed flank steak CD posted the other day and grilled bass filets w/ dill and lemon (the bass is from my mom's pond, it should be really good!). We'll have veggies and maybe brown rice with the fish.
Fri & Sat we usually eat out or make something quick.
I was seriously just about to post the same thing.
I've been sitting here for half an hour trying to think of stuff.
Publix has Old El Paso dinner kits BOGO so we'll probably do tacos at least once
Wednesday night we're going out to dinner with some friends. DH has been craving speghetti lately so we'll do that too.
That's all I got.

Tonight we're having the ILs over for dinner & I'm making the Skinny Taste Chicken rollatini again. Tomorrow we're having a lightened Chicken Divan. Wednesday is leftovers. Thursday is Crockpot chicken sante fe bowls.
It is in a magazine. I will bring it to work tomorrow and make you a copy.

Tonight I'm making a spinach and bacon quiche, and maybe an extra veggie on the side.
Tuesday - crockpot chicken tacos with fresh guacamole.
Wednesday - salmon and oven roasted squash/mushrooms/onions
That's all I've got so far. Thursday might be leftover chicken tacos if we have any.
