Weekend purchases!
What did you buy ladies?
I really didn't spend much....got a frappuchino and went to Sephora with MIL (her treat). I got a bunch of bare minerals makeup after I got a makeover. Fun

I honestly don't think I've bought anything for myself in over a month...boo to that, but I'm trying to save money so as long as I keep the bigger picture in my head I don't miss shopping too much.
I did buy a bouquet of flowers for my new Mommy friend at the farmers market
And I also bought some super juicy yummy peaches from there as well. I keep cutting them up and putting them over vanilla ice cream...it pretty much tastes like heaven.
Other than that I picked up a few odds and ends at the grocery store, but that's about it.
This weekend all I bought was some dinner on saturday night, and DH and I went out for ice cream on sunday night.
That was it thought....and it's probably for the best since we're trying to save money right now.
I did a load of grocery shopping so we could do make-your-own pizzas, including pizza dough, a few kinds of cheese (mozzarella, Boursin, and another kind), carmelized onions in balsamic vinegar, etc.
We also bought a mirror for our downstairs bathroom! It's 32 x 48" and has a mosaic of amber glass around it. So excited to finally have a mirror downstairs!
we got a kayak for my birthday :-) DH gave me an amount I could spend one day on the cruise for my birthday but then we talked it over and decided to combine it with what his family gave me for my birthday and get my kayak so we are able to both go out together.
Other smaller purchases-fabric for his grandmother's Christmas present quilt, kitten stuff, a timer for the AC, clothes line and pins and groceries
I'm a little late to the game because I was in Saskatchewan visiting my nieces.
So, most of my expenditures were travel-related, but I also got a new dress (which I cannot find online, therefore no picture!)
