Non-Bread Machine Burger Bun Recipe Needed
I want to make buns for the greek turkey burgers we are having tonight. Do you have a good burger bun recipe that doesn't call for a bread machine?

I use this one too though I use half whole wheat flour and half white. I also only use egg whites for the tops and not the whole egg. Lower in points ; )

I wanted a slightly sweet bun and these are wonderful.
I use our Artisan Bread In 5 Min a day dough for buns. The basic recipe is more of a focaccia type bun.
