Carpet cleaning

Can anyone recommend their carpet cleaner in the SW metro?

We are in the process of a demo on our house and once it's completed I want the carpets cleaned when we are done, so any recommendations would be really helpful.

Thanks!

Re: Carpet cleaning

  • with all our animals and their issues, we use one often enough that we bought one. But before that we'd rented the rug doctor cleaners a few times and were very happy with them. They're much cheaper than a company, and IMO work just as well.

  • Thanks for the recommendation, we've rented the rug doctor before but this time I just want someone to come and do it.

  • We've used Zerorez for carpet cleaning in our rental property. We had bought a home carpet cleaner when we lived in the condo that is now the rental property, and it worked pretty well. Now, it's just a huge time saver to hire someone to do it. Last time, we paid about $225 to clean 4 rooms and hallways. That seemed like a fair price when I got quotes from a three other places.

This is who we use to since they don't use any chemicals/soaps. We also used OxyMagic? once and they are similar to Zerorez and I thought they were pretty comparable with cleaning.
