Carpet cleaning

Can anyone recommend their carpet cleaner in the SW metro?

We are in the process of a demo on our house and once it's completed I want the carpets cleaned when we are done, so any recommendations would be really helpful.

with all our animals and their issues, we use one often enough that we bought one. But before that we'd rented the rug doctor cleaners a few times and were very happy with them. They're much cheaper than a company, and IMO work just as well.

Thanks for the recommendation, we've rented the rug doctor before but this time I just want someone to come and do it.

We've used Zerorez for carpet cleaning in our rental property. We had bought a home carpet cleaner when we lived in the condo that is now the rental property, and it worked pretty well. Now, it's just a huge time saver to hire someone to do it. Last time, we paid about $225 to clean 4 rooms and hallways. That seemed like a fair price when I got quotes from a three other places.

This is who we use to since they don't use any chemicals/soaps. We also used OxyMagic? once and they are similar to Zerorez and I thought they were pretty comparable with cleaning.
