Just seeing if I can get this done for less than what I was quoted...
For a banner + high chair banner + 14 printed invitations with envelopes included, the quote is $60 - that includes shipping.
I asked if I could just receive the files and do all of the printing and assembling myself, and she said no - only invitations can be sent as file only.
So...
1. How can I get this done on the cheap? $30-40 would be ideal and I realize this means I will be printing and assembling myself.
2. Can I get white 5x7 envelopes at Hobby Lobby, Michael's etc? Not really any time to order online, as the party is in 3 weeks...

You can get envelopes at Hobby Lobby. They have all sorts of colors, including white.
I may be able to help you with the invites, depending on what you want. I am PMing you now!
