We're having a potluck breakfast tomorrow at work and I need some ideas please

I'm sure we'll have an abundance of fresh fruit so I want to bring something kind of easy but fun and tasty. Help! TIA!

Re: Breakfast/Brunch food
This is usually my go-to breakfast/brunch recipe.

My mom takes this to work alot. It isn't the recipe she uses but similar. The pic looks bad but it is sooo yummy. You can also do biscuits and gravy, egg casserole. Or I know some people have brought breakfast pizzas from hyvee and she said they weren't bad.
SAUSAGE BALLS
?2 cups of Bisquick...2 cups cheddar cheese...1/4 cup of water....1 lb of Jimmy Dean sausage that comes in a tube. Mix all together, roll into small balls, bake 20-25 min at 350....
You can change up your flavor of sausage as well.... maple flavor, hot and spicy, mild, etc... whatever your store offers.
DH makes these all the time for just finger food for any type of party, but would be perfect for brunch! They are so good!
