I have a friend who swears by this out in Vegas as a workout. I would LOVE to go 2-3x a week if I like it while on leave (for 5-6 more weeks). Also would love to keep it up if I like it when I return to work on weekends.
I am taking my first class tomorrow. I am ready to get my body back to a better place than before I got pregnant- and I think this can help me...I hope!
Update: Ok. So people all shapes sizes and ages were there. This class will WORK you. It's small movements and your body will shake. You think you work out now but you don't (ahem, me- yeesh am I out of shape after baby). I purchased the new client special for 100 bucks and it's unlimited 1 month classes which is cool because it goes right til the end of my maternity leave.I plan on going 2-3 times a week. It works your abs, your butt, your thighs, and your arms a little. My legs and back are already sore. Can't wait til how they will feel tomorrow! I am on the wait list for Thursday night's class and Saturday AM I am going again. I plan on going to the gym on my off days. Pre baby body, here I come.
So in a nutshell? If you WANT to get results take it- yeah it's only been 1 class but I can tell it will work. They are all over the country. It is the type of workout you may hate while in it but will love it when done.
