Yarn?
Our big city is lacking in any yarn stores - we're literally choosing between Joanne's and Michael's. While there can be selections in color and width, there aren't in material.
I'm expecting this winter and would like to have a few knitted blankets and outfits ready for him when he arrives. I've just been left uninspired by the local stores. I've never ordered yarn online before and am hoping to receive great recommendations of trustable places to order from rather than just hit/miss on my own.

lion brands baby's first is super soft I use it for al my blankets, its availale at michaels, and machine washable.
