Need an idea, quickly!!

My embroidery club meets tonight and since I was away last month, I missed the assignment. I just asked someone and found out that the assisgnment is "something summery".
That's pretty vague, I know, but I can't think fast enough this morning. Help me with some ideas, please! Some past projects are: Tea towels, hankies, coin purses, etc but I am looking for other ideas. Anyone???

I don't know anything about embroidery but these are the first things that come to mind:
tote bag
light scarf that could be tied around the head or waist
wide fabric headband
canvas belt
bookmark with a summery theme
coasters
I don't embroider either, but my first thought was one of those wide headbands (something like this)

How about an embroidered beach towel or large tote bag for beach gear?
I'm a big fan of switching out my dish towels for the seasons. Great summer ones could include flowers, vegetables, fireworks, etc.

Ooo, great ideas, all.
The object of this is a swap; where those who participate put their "gift" in the center and when the discussion comes around, you get to pick another "gift". They are usually something really small. I may just do a summer tea towel because I have them on hand.

ETA: Oh, and I am probably the youngest in the group so headbands, not much!
