  • B: nothing yet. after the dentist I'll probably have an english muffin and a cup of earl grey.

    L: turkey sandwich and fruit

    D: chicken and veggie stir fry with rice

    E: day 2 of the 30DS

  • B - Yogurt, hot chocolate, oatmeal w/raisins

    L - Caprese salad, cornbread

    D - Brown sugar balsamic glazed pork loin, grilled zucchini w/ goat cheese and olives, salad

    S - Oreos

    E - 30DS, Pilates

  • B: Vi shake with light chocolate soy milk

    L: Vi shake with almond milk and 2 flavor mix ins (strawberry and chocolate)

    D: spinach and garlic pizza (has tomato and feta on it mmm) or cheeseless bbq chicken fold (both are ww recipes a local restaurant makes)

    S: cheddar cheese, pretzels and hommus or popcorn

    E: 30DS

     

    Yesterday I was way off for snacks and dinner.  I never had my second shake (SHOULD have after my workout, but was being lazy), didn't eat any of the snacks I mentioned (instead had a couple baked lays scoops with salsa) and for dinner had 1 Lean Cuisine pita with spinach and artichoke dip.  I was severely lacking in the water dept and really need to step that up if I'm going to be working out.  My goal is to actually eat what I put on this post today LOL should be my goal every day, but I need to make sure I'm eating enough and getting enough water!

  • Since I'm traveling today, it's a bit of an off-day for me. B: Egg white and ham croissant sandwich...from Au Bon Pan at PHL Airport L: Who knows? Hopefully my parents have some good fruit at their house. D: Going out with my parents and brother to celebrate my parents' 36th anniversary today S: Probably nothing E: Walking halfway across the PHL Airport lugging my carry on bag...that should count for something!
  • Oh, you don't know how much I need this post after 3.5 weeks of eating every meal in a restaurant!

    B - Greek yogurt and watermelon

    L - Cucumber and tomato bread salad, 1 oz of goldfish

    S: a plum and some cherries

    D: Not sure, going to my parents'

    E: Maybe swimming at my parents', but trying to ease myself back into working out and eating healthy

    L - chicken breast and salad

    D - not really sure yet

    S - maybe something I still need to think of lol this is my first post on this and I'm not prepared. And I'm on no carb (except veggies) so it's tricky. Just no bread, pasta, sugar.

    E - just did the 30 DS (ripped) 

  • B: I had oatmeal (plain) with raisins for breakfast

    E: Went for a swim and soak in the jacuzzi (day off from working out)

    Snack: protein bar (zone perfect; fudge graham... yummmmers)
    Later morning snack: pretzels and raisins

    L: Healthy Choice Steamer (Chicken Marinara with whole wheat pasta)

    Dinner/Snack 1: going to happy hour with a friend so will do an early dinner of fried green beans and either chicken lettuce wraps or tacos

    E2: Walk on the beach with the dogs - light exercise day

    Dinner/Snack 2: Not sure yet, but I'm trying really hard to eat six times a day, maybe a nectarine or small piece of salmon or rice... we'll see

    OK I wanted to update this.

    B - I had two scrambled eggs with cheese on them

    L - I made meatballs for the first time, without breadcrumbs. Pretty yummy!

    D - ahi tuna sashimi grade with 3 mushrooms baked with cheese in them

    S - cashews, cheese
