Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Have your DH contact his HR department and they can give the info for the new coverage with the group numbers, etc. and you can use this for your appointment tomorrow. DH's company switched in April and it took us a few weeks to our cards, but with the print out DH got form HR I was able to use it at doctor appointments and the pharmacy.

I got the group number and policy number from HR this morning and gave it to the doctor's office. They called but all the information is not in BCBS' system yet, so BCBS couldn't verify benefits. So the doctor's office will only let us go to the appointment if we pay as a cash patient.
Once they get everything into their computer systems, we should be able to print a temporary card. The HR guy said it should be in this afternoon or tomorrow morning but it's not up yet and I'm not counting on it being up tomorrow morning before the appt. It's highly irritating.
