What kind of fitness activities are you in to?

I used to go to the gym 5 times a week but now as a working Mom my time is limited so I do brisk 45 min. walks with the baby and the dog whenever possible. I also try to do half hour pilates and yoga dvds at night. I manage at least 3 times a week of exercise.

Hardest part about being a mother? Best part?

Hardest is the lack of sleep although it is MUCH better now and the lack of free time to do anything ME related (facials, socializing, reading a book)

The best part is the joy my son brings me every day with his beautiful smile and his sweet temperment. Also he has brought us more together as a family.

Favorite restaurant?

Chipotle! I'm a sucker for Mexican

What is your dream job?

I would love to be a matchmaker like Patty Stanger on Millionaire Matchmaker. I am pretty good at reading people and think I would love to help people fall in love.

Will you have more kids? I used to say absolutely not but I am no firmly on the fence lol. I will decide when Nate is 3 one way or the other.

What's your best advice to moms-to-be or new moms?

My best advice is to follow your gut. If something is not in the books, online, or coming from your friends it doesn't mean it's wrong. Also, don't beat yourself up like I did if breastfeeding doesn't work out and it's something you planned on.

What's your favorite part about your new house? First change you're going to make? My favorite part is our sunroom. It is gorgeous! It has ceramic floor, Cathedral ceilings and lots of light.

Favorite board game?

Hmmm I still like Monopoly!

Favorite movie of all time? I'm not a huge movie person but I really liked The Fight Club.

Where do you see yourself in 20 years? I'm not sure if I'll still be married (Just being honest) but hoping I'm in great shape and still working at a job I love.

Favorite thing to do wth Nate? I love giving him a bath; he loves it too! He's so funny; when I grab his bath towel and set everything up he squeals with delight because he knows it's tubby time with Mama!

Favorite thing about your husband? He is incredibly domestic and does all the cooking and cleaning (Serously!) He also is the most generous loving person I know. He will do anything for a friend or his wife lol

Would YOU eat a live octopus for $1,000? Considering I can't eat a dead one I'd have to politely decline..

What size clothing is Nate in? My peanut is in 6-9 mo. @ 7 mo.

What's he going to be for Halloween? Yay! (see my above post) I'm thinking of heading to the Disney Store. Maybe a lion or a tiger.

Are you excited for the holidays since you were so pregnant during them last year? Yes my heart melts thinking of Nate's 1st Hannakah and Xmas. I am beyond excited esp. with our new house too!

What's your favorite season? I LOVE Summer so enjoying the warm weather and summer dresses tremendously!

What's your favorite wine? MMMM yum wine! I like Menage et Tois (sp.) Merlot (3 different red wine blends)

Is Nate a finger/thumb or pacifier lover? I wish Nate would take a paci (We've tried them all! He only liked the Soothie for a week. He likes his thumb sometimes but he is actually FINALLY utilizing Sophie the Giraffe.

Whats your favorite thing to cook? Chicken Tarragon (tarragon, mustard, honey, garlic, shallots, white wine) Very tasty and easy to make.

Whats your favorite thing about summer? I'm a water baby. I love going to the beach and the pool although have only been to the pool so far. Hoping to hit the beach before nexty summer lol

What is Nate's "new thing"? My little man says Mama! Although sometimes he says it referring to his toys as well

Do you guys have any upcoming vacay's planned (probably not with the house but I figured I'd ask!)? You had to ask ayyyyyy????? Just kidding! Probably not but if possible I would like to scrape up the funds to visit my Nanny (Nate's Great grandma) in Florida during September.

Do you have to do any painting/remodeling of the new house? We are very lucky; the house is in move in condition. It cost a little extra but it was worth it.

Is being a mom harder or easier than you thought it would be? Much harder. I'm an early childhood major (chose a different career path though) and I've nannied for infants for years so I thought I'd have an easier time adjusting.
Favorite thing to do in your free time? I LOVE retail therapy, having a glass of wine with a good friend, working out and reading a good book. I also love spas although don't get to indulge too often.
Most influential person in your life? My Mother. She was a stay at home who discovered her dreams later in life. She's a fascinating person. She is a reiki master and an artist. She's also a size 2 without even trying (Clearly we have different body types lol)
What is your biggest fear about Nate's future? My biggest fear is he'll have issues with addiction
What is your biggest regret? I have many... One is not appreciating how beautiful and sexy I was when I was younger. I was always so hard on myself in my late teens; early 20's.
Favorite drink, alcoholic and non? Favorite non alcoholic: Thai iced tea;yummers! Alcoholic: A decent Sangria
If you could move anywhere, where would it be and why? Vermont. It's so peaceful and beautiful there. I've vacationed in Killington every summer as a child and teen and not only is it gorgeous but the people there are incredibly warm and friendly( winks at Miss Pippa)
